Are you a skilled Powder Coater looking for your next opportunity in a thriving and supportive environment? Our client, a well-established manufacturer based in Rayleigh, is seeking a highly experienced Powder Coater to join their dynamic team.
The Role:
As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for preparing and coating a variety of metal components to a high standard. You'll work with precision and care, ensuring all products meet strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, masking, and sandblasting
Apply powder coatings using electrostatic spray equipment
Operate curing ovens and monitor temperature and timing
Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and safe condition
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Powder Coater in a manufacturing or industrial setting
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Familiarity with health and safety regulations
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
