Part Time PPC Manager Job in Bournemouth
Salary: circa £40,000 PA (Pro-rata)
Company Benefits: Parking Available, Pension contribution, plus more company benefits
Location: Southbourne, hybrid working available
Working Hours: 2-3 days per week, flexible, hours 8:30am – 5:00pm
Contract Type: Contractor or Permanent, Part-time

Dovetail Recruitment are excited to be recruiting for a PPC Manager on behalf of our collaborative and successful client based near Bournemouth. They are seeking a confident and self-sufficient personality to join their award-winning team, recently recognised by Great Place to Work and the Emphasis Independent and Individual Assessment for a supportive and dynamic work environment.
They are working to bring their marketing efforts in-house and as such this PPC Manager will need to be able to work in a team, be accountable, and have a strong working knowledge of PPC strategy and implementation, ideally within a B2B and B2C setting.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive audit & present 90-day roadmap
* Build/optimise campaigns: keywords, audiences, ad copy, remarketing
* Implement/fix GA4, Tag Manager, offline conversion imports, call tracking
* Continuous bid strategy and creative testing to hit CPA & ROAS targets
* Weekly snapshots and monthly deep-dive reports in Looker Studio (or similar)
* Produce concise SOPs and a 12-month testing roadmap for handover
Skills & Experience Required:
Essential:
* Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Microsoft/Bing Ads
* Google Ads Search & Display certified
* Proven record of successfully managing monthly budgets upwards of £15K
* Deep GA4 & Tag Manager expertise, including offline conversion imports
* Advanced Excel/Google Sheets & Looker Studio reporting skills
* Clear communicator able to translate data into business language
Desirable:
* Experience with franchise or multi-location brands
* Meta Ads and/or TikTok Ads experience
* CRO know-how (landing-page wireframing, A/B testing tools)
* Basic HTML/CSS or WordPress/Elementor familiarity
* Call-tracking platforms (e.g. CallRail)
* Mentoring or training experienceBefore You Apply
