Freelance Paid Media Manager - 4-Week Contract
£200-£250/day (Inside IR35) | Remote | Immediate Start
We are working with a long term client of ours who is looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager to join their team on a 4-week freelance contract, with an immediate start.

Contract Length: 4 weeks
Day Rate: £200-£250/day (Inside IR35)
Location: Remote
Start Date: Immediate
The Role:
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads. Working closely with the internal marketing team, you'll help drive performance and deliver results across multiple channels.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end campaign setup, execution, and reporting across TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads
Monitor performance, analyse data, and make real-time optimisations to meet campaign objectives
Collaborate with creative and content teams to align assets with campaign goals
Provide weekly performance updates and insights
Ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and to performance KPIs
Requirements:
Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
Comfortable working independently in a busy environment
Available to start immediately and commit for the full 4-week term
Must be able to work inside IR35 (engaged via umbrella)
