Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE

Analyze performance & use insights to drive ROI.
Test new bidding strategies, AI tools & creative formats.
Scale accounts through CRO, audience targeting & A/B testing.
Work with designers, content teams & stakeholders.Skills:
2+ years PPC experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) - Ideally agency!
Strong analytical mindset - You love numbers & making data-led decisions.
Experience with budgets from £10k-£100k+ per month.
Google Ads & Meta certifications (or keen to get them!).
