💼 About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of a high-performing, patient-centred GP team. You'll play a key role in the delivery of evidence-based care, with a focus on managing long-term conditions, preventative health, and minor illness treatment. You will also be involved in cervical screening, immunisations, wound care, and patient education - supported every step of the way by experienced colleagues.
We welcome applications from experienced Practice Nurses and from newly qualified nurses. For the right person, we are happy to invest in training and development.

Friendly, supportive team with 5 GP Partners, 2 Salaried GPs, 3 Practice Nurses, and 2 HCAs
Training practice with GP Registrars, Foundation Year Doctors & Medical Students
Strong emphasis on teamwork, shared learning, and continuous improvement
Fully computerised using SystmOne✅ What We're Looking For
Essential:
Registered General Nurse with NMC registration
Venepuncture skills
Good communication, self-motivation, flexibility, and teamworkDesirable:
Experience in chronic disease management, audit work, or minor illness
Knowledge of SystmOne and basic IT skills
Driver with access to a car (for home visits as needed)🚀 What We Offer
