Job Description
This position calls for a dedicated and meticulous Premises Compliance Coordinator to ensure our buildings meet all legal health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and compliance within the Not For Profit sector.

Description
Oversee and ensure building compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Perform regular inspections and safety assessments of buildings.
Maintain accurate records of all inspections and remedial work.
Liaise and coordinate with construction and maintenance teams.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve building safety.
Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance matters.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Report regularly to management on compliance status and any issues.Profile
A successful Premises Compliance Coordinator should have:
A solid background in construction and compliance.
Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
