Job Description
We’re hiring for a Press Brake Operator to join a growing team at a modern manufacturing site in Heywood.
With ongoing investment in new machinery and a commitment to quality, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a business that plays a vital role in producing high-spec components for specialist applications.

What will you be doing as a Press Brake Operator?
* Setting, programming and operating brake press, guillotine and laser machines
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
* Cutting and bending metal components (mild and stainless steel)
* Inspecting parts and ensuring components meet required tolerances
* Minimising wastage and reporting material shortages
* Adhering to safe working practices and maintaining a clean working area
* Collaborating with other departments to meet output and quality targets
What do you need?
* Experience operating Amada CNC press brake (preferred)
* Background in a machining or manufacturing environment
* Ability to read engineering drawings
* A good eye for detail and a motivated, team-oriented mindset
