SEND Teaching Assistant (Primary)

The role:
Provide 1:1 and small group support for children with a range of additional needs (incl. SEMH, communication, cognition, and sensory profiles)
Collaborate with the SENCO and class teachers to deliver tailored interventions
Support children's emotional wellbeing through nurturing relationships and reflective conversations
Encourage independence, confidence, and self-regulation in a creative and supportive way
Contribute to classroom life, trips, and whole-school projects, including drama, outdoor learning, and artThe school:

Candidate requirements:
Experience working with children, particularly those with SEND (in school or other settings)
Creative, empathetic, and confident in building relationships with children
Passion for inclusive education and holistic learning
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to reflect, adapt, and learn
