Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential Proven ability to plan, teach, and assess effectively in a primary setting Strong understanding of child development and the National Curriculum Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills A positive, reflective, and resilient approach to teaching and learning Experience teaching across multiple key stages (EYFS, KS1, or KS2) desirable Knowledge of inclusive practices and strategies to support SEND/EAL learners desirable What are your responsibilities? Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum. Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported. Use a range of assessment methods to monitor progress and inform next steps in learning. Maintain high expectations for pupil behaviour, progress, and attainment. Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils. Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities, school events, and enrichment opportunities.
