Who are you?
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
Proven ability to plan, teach, and assess effectively in a primary setting
Strong understanding of child development and the National Curriculum
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
A positive, reflective, and resilient approach to teaching and learning
Experience teaching across multiple key stages (EYFS, KS1, or KS2) desirable
Knowledge of inclusive practices and strategies to support SEND/EAL learners desirable
What are your responsibilities?
Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel valued and supported.
Use a range of assessment methods to monitor progress and inform next steps in learning.
Maintain high expectations for pupil behaviour, progress, and attainment.
Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents/carers to ensure the best outcomes for all pupils.
Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities, school events, and enrichment opportunities.
Promote safeguarding and the welfare of all children in line with school policy.
