Job Description
Inspiring Teaching are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate primary school teacher for a vibrant and supportive primary school in Dartford. Positions available that cover EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
Job Duties:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons to primary school students.
* Assess and evaluate students' progress and provide feedback.
* Create a positive learning environment that promotes student engagement and participation.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
* Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events.
* Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject.
* Experience working with primary school children.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Experience:
Previous experience working with primary school children is required.
Knowledge and Skills:
* Strong understanding of the primary school curriculum.
* Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners.
* Excellent classroom management skills.
* Effective use of technology in teaching.
* Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education.
* Experience in special educational needs (SEN) teaching.
* Participation in continuous professional development.
* Working Conditions:
* Primary school teachers work in school settings, following the academic calendar with weekends and holidays off. The role may involve additional responsibilities such as extracurricular activities and parent-teacher meetings.
