Successful experience of managing behaviour of pupils.
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification.
What are your responsibilities?
Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons tailored to meet diverse learning needs, with clear objectives and assessment strategies.
Support SEND pupils through differentiated tasks, structured learning, and targeted interventions.
Monitor, assess, and record pupil progress to inform planning and report to parents and stakeholders
Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues, support staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure holistic support for pupils.
Lead or contribute to curriculum development and school improvement initiatives.
Maintain high professional standards, participate in school events, and engage in ongoing professional development.
