We are looking for dynamic and reliable Supply Teachers to join our pool of educators for various schools in the Portsmouth area. This role offers flexibility and variety, perfect for teachers who enjoy working in different educational settings or seeking part-time opportunities.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced teachers or newly qualified teachers (NQTs/ECTs) who are looking for flexibility in their career and enjoy working across different year groups.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality lessons across EYFS/KS1/KS2, ensuring a smooth continuation of learning.
* Follow the school’s lesson plans or adapt quickly to teach on short notice.
* Maintain classroom control and establish a productive learning environment.
* Manage behaviour effectively in line with the school’s policies.
* Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on pupil progress and any concerns.
* Ensure safeguarding policies are followed.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching in a primary setting
* Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and strong organizational skills.
* Confidence working in different schools and subject areas.
* Excellent communication skills.
