Primary School Supply Teaching Assistant

We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to work across a large cluster of schools across Islington, London. As a Supply Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting Primary school Teachers and students in the classroom. Responsibilities include:
Assisting Teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities
Providing one-on-one or small group support to students
Helping manage classroom behavior and ensuring a positive learning environment
Supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) where required
Supervising pupils during break times and other school activitiesRequirements: To be considered for this role, you should have:
Experience working with children in an educational setting (preferred but not essential)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to adapt to different school environments and work flexibly
