Position: Supply Primary Teacher
Location: Uckfield
Pay: £120 - £180 per day
Hours: 08:30 - 15:30
Contract Type: Day to Day, Short-Term, and Long-Term Supply
Supply Desk are a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our teaching staff in day-to-day and long-term placements in an extensive number of Primary and Secondary schools across Brighton & Hove, East Sussex and West Sussex. We are currently looking to recruit Primary Teacher, and will happily accept applications from NQTs.
About the Role: Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable teacher? We are seeking a dedicated Supply Primary Teacher to join our team and support schools across Uckfield. This role offers flexibility, allowing you to work in a variety of school environments while contributing to the development of students.
Whether you’re an experienced teacher or NQT, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience across different settings. This position offers day-to-day supply, as well as short- and long-term supply, with the potential for full-time opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lessons across various primary year groups (EYFS, KS1 and KS2).
Adapt quickly to different classroom environments, following the school’s curriculum.
Communicate effectively with school staff, pupils, and parents when necessary.
Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe, supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience working within primary schools (EYFS, KS1, or KS2).
Flexibility and a positive attitude.
A valid DBS check (or willingness to apply for one)
