Supply Desk is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Watford, starting in September. Job Description:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of the class, ensuring all students have the opportunity to succeed.
Differentiate teaching methods and resources to meet the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.
Assess and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages students to engage in learning and develop social, emotional, and behavioural skills.
Communicate regularly with parents and carers, providing updates on student progress and discussing strategies to support learning at home.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and school events.
Our ideal candidate will:
Have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a strong background in primary education.
Be passionate about teaching and committed to providing an inclusive learning environment.
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills and the ability to foster positive behaviour.
Be proactive, adaptable, and able to work as part of a team.
Hold or be willing to obtain a clear DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
