The perfect candidate will be able to teach EYFS to Year 6, across a variety of different environments on days that suit you. We offer day to day, long-term and permanent placements. The perfect candidate will be able to:
Deliver engaging lessons across all primary year groups, following the school’s curriculum
Ensure smooth classroom management and provide a positive learning environment for all students
Support students' learning and development during the absence of regular teachers
Follow lesson plans and adjust teaching methods to suit the needs of the class
Collaborate with staff to ensure continuity of student learning and well-being
The ideal candidate will have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching in primary schools, particularly in a flexible or supply role (desirable)
A strong understanding of the primary curriculum
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
The ability to be flexible and adaptable across different year groups and teaching situations
A positive and proactive attitude to teaching and student engagement
