We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Primary School Teacher to join our vibrant school community in Watford. If you have a passion for delivering high-quality education and supporting the development of children in Key Stage 2, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and challenging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils in KS2.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to pupils and parents.
Create a positive and supportive classroom environment that fosters inclusivity and promotes a love for learning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the success of all pupils.
Participate in school-wide initiatives and contribute to the broader school community.
Maintain a high standard of classroom management and discipline.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Be a qualified teacher with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Have experience working with Key Stage 2 pupils, though NQTs (Newly Qualified Teachers) are welcome to apply.
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge, particularly in the core subjects (English, Maths, Science).
Be committed to continuous professional development.
Have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
Show a positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning.
Be passionate about the well-being and personal development of children.
