Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers to supoport local Primary School's in Rotherham with both short-term and long-term cover.
The successful candidate will work across their chosen year groups, providing cover and ensuring high-quality teaching and learning. This is a fantastic opportunity for a flexible and enthusiastic educator to gain experience within schools.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging lessons across different year groups in line with the curriculum.
* Ensure effective planning, preparation, and assessment of pupils’ progress.
* Create a positive, inclusive, and productive learning environment.
* Support pupils with a variety of learning needs, ensuring their educational development.
* Maintain good communication with the school's leadership team, staff, and parents.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working within primary education is preferred.
* Strong classroom management skills.
* Ability to adapt to different year groups and teaching styles.
* A passion for fostering positive learning outcomes for all students.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
