Job Description
We are seeking a committed Primary Teaching Assistant to work across different phases of primary education in a Worcestershire-based school. Whether your strength lies in Early Years, Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, this role provides the opportunity to make a real impact while developing your skills across multiple age groups and supporting a range of learning needs.
Key Responsibilities

Provide tailored classroom support to children across various key stages

Support pupils with special educational needs in both one-to-one and group settings

Assist with lesson preparation, classroom routines and targeted interventions
*
Encourage pupil engagement, confidence and independence
*
Foster an inclusive, safe and supportive environment for all learners
Required Experience
*
Experience working in EYFS, KS1 or KS2 settings
*
Prior experience supporting children with SEND
*
Positive and adaptable approach with a focus on inclusion
*
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
