Principal Recruitment Consultant - Bristol
TRIA Recruitment are a Bristol based IT and Digital recruitment consultancy with ambitious growth plans. TRIA launched in 2015 and we are looking to grow considerably throughout 2025. We are looking for talented Senior Recruitment / Principal Consultants ideally with proven Tech/Digital recruitment experience to join the team and be part of shaping our continued success within the Tech & Digital space.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building a client base within the IT / Digital space and will have consistently achieved and exceeded sales targets whilst cultivating, maintaining and developing relationships with your clients. In return we can offer you the chance to join one of the most exciting organisations in Bristol and be part of building something special whilst putting you on track to achieve your career aspirations. We offer salaries up to £45,000 with an uncapped commission plan up to 30% with no threshold. There is potential to earn up to 37% commission for high margin/value business and we have financial 'kickers' for growing your contract book. We also offer a Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) which offers up to 60% commission for long term employees. Top performers will also be rewarded with Directors Club trips, Lunch Clubs, Personal Training Sessions and a Long Term Incentive Plan over and above your commission plan. We also offer sizeable guarantees to get you up and running.
