Principal / Associate Planner
Bristol | Hybrid Working

Penguin Recruitment is proud to be working with an award-winning independent planning consultancy as they look to expand their highly respected team of Planning and Regeneration Consultants in Bristol. We're seeking an experienced and motivated Principal or Associate Planner to help drive forward a diverse and exciting portfolio of projects.

About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a wide range of residential, commercial, and regeneration projects. The Bristol team has a strong track record of delivering financially viable planning permissions for both private clients and national housebuilders. You'll have the chance to lead on major applications, influence strategy, and help shape high-quality developments across the region.
What We're Looking For:
MRTPI chartered (essential)
Ideally with consultancy experience, though strong candidates from the public sector will also be considered
Strong understanding of the residential and strategic land sectors
Confident managing projects and clients independently
A team player with excellent communication and organisational skills
