What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead the design and development of analogue electronics, SMPS, and embedded systems.
* Mentor and support a team of engineers, promoting best practices and innovation.
* Oversee system integration, including power control, HMI, and lighting solutions.
* Tackle complex technical challenges including EMC, thermal management, and compliance.
* Approve designs, documentation, and testing procedures for high-performance products.
* Drive continuous improvement and stay up to date with industry advancements.
Experience required:
* Degree in Electronics Engineering (Master’s/PhD desirable).
* Significant proven experience of electronics design experience, including SMPS and power systems.
* Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
* Proficiency in SPICE, Matlab, Altium or similar design tools.
* Knowledge of compliance, safety standards, and product development best practices.
Desirable:
* Experience with embedded systems, lighting control protocols (DALI, DMX), or IoT.
* Familiarity with energy harvesting, wireless power, or automated testingBefore You Apply
