Private Client Solicitor

One of Cardiff's most highly regarded and established law firm are looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor. The role involves a diverse private client caseload including wills, probate, LPA's, Court of Protection, trusts, and estate administration. The successful candidate will work within a supportive and collaborative team, with opportunities for professional development.
The role involves a range of private client matters, including but not limited to:
* Drafting wills
* Probate and estate administration
* Power of Attorney (LPA)
* Court of Protection matters
* Trust administration
* Estate planning
* Probate disputes
* Managing a variety of administrative tasks
* Answering and making client calls
* Opening, running, and closing files
We’re seeking individuals who:
* Experience in Wills, Probate, and Estates Law
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Qualified lawyer with relevant certifications
* Experience in a law firm or legal setting
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
