Private Client Solicitor | Romsey | Full-time | £40,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience
Our client is a well-established firm located in Romsey, Hampshire, providing legal services for individuals, businesses, and property matters.
They are seeking a motivated and experienced Private Client Solicitor to become part of their busy team in Romsey, specialising in wills, trusts, and probate.
Are you the right person for the job?
Experienced solicitor with 3+ years PQE in private client law
Ideally candidates hold STEP or Lifetime Lawyer accreditations or are working towards these (not essential but desirable)
Driven to provide outstanding legal advice in wills, trusts, and probate
Skilled at managing and expanding a busy caseload
Strong client relationship management abilities
Full UK driving licence and own vehicle would be preferable, but not essential.
What will your role look like?
Drafting complex Wills and Codicils
Preparing Lasting Powers of Attorney
Drafting Deeds of Variation
Handling Probate applications and administration
Managing Deputyship applications to the Court of Protection
Providing expert advice on Inheritance Tax and succession planning
