Job Role: Private Investment Business Analyst
Job Location: Remote Working

Manager Comments.
* We would like candidates that have direct experience within the private Investment sector of the Financial Services industry, candidates who have experience of overall team and process changes rather than just a core focus on system and data changes are preferred.
Candidate should have:
* Proven experience in business analysis, with a focus on process mapping, process redesign, and implementing improvements on payroll systems and processes.
* Sound knowledge of LEAN and experience in leading change and re-engineering processes.
* Strong data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret payroll data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Experience managing projects or contributing to the successful delivery of system upgrades or implementations.
* Knowledge of local government payroll systems, policies, and procedures.
* Experience working in a public sector or large organizational setting is desirable.
* Certification in business analysis (e.g., BCS, CBAP) or relevant payroll qualifications.
* Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Prince2
