The Opportunity
Our client, a leader in sustainable engineering solutions, is expanding and seeking a Process Automation Lead to analyse business processes, identify automation opportunities, and optimise workflows across departments like HR, Finance, and Procurement.
Remuneration and benefits

Lead automation projects across Shared Service Centres
Apply Lean Management principles and align local processes with global standards
Use Process Mining tools to identify inefficiencies
Document and improve workflows, collaborating globallyYou will have the following qualifications and experience
Degree in Engineering, IT, or similar
Experience in cross-functional teams within industrial environments
Strong RPA knowledge (e.g. UiPath, Blue Prism)
Proficiency in Power BI, project management, and process optimisation
