Job Description
Process Operator
Location: Mildenhall. Suffolk
Hours: Working 12 hour shifts – rotating pattern of one week 4 days (Monday to Thursday) followed by one week of 3 nights (Monday to Wednesday)
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience

Who are we?

What our client offers:
* Carry out the manufacture of batches of chemicals in line with set procedures.
* Be aware of any delays or changes to production and report to the shift supervisor
* Ensure that raw materials required are available on the plant.
* Ensure all final products are correctly labelled and dispatched to the warehouse.
* Organise and carry out the packing of liquids to kegs and drums.
* Organise the transfer from road tanker to storage vessel.
* Move materials around using a forklift.
* Report any equipment breakdowns
What we are looking for:
* Literate, numerate, able to communicate clearly and follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.
* Experience within a relevant manufacturing industry.
* Ideally some experience of operational requirements of a manufacturing environment.
* H&S aware.
* Ability to operate or be trained to operate a counterbalance forklift
* Physically fit as some tasks are hard work and manual.
