We are working with a global food company looking to grow their team with a new Product Developer.
Joining a down to earth, driven and skilled team, this customer-focussed Product Developer needs an NPD/R&D mind and a proven project manager, with a solid understanding of the retail food industry.
This role would suit someone coming from a Product Developer, NPD, R&D or Technologist background, requiring a strong commercial acumen and detailed knowledge of product development and project management within grocery.
About the Role
Working with retailers to drive new product development
Huge focus on NPD across the entire supply chain
Contribute to NPD strategy
Strong balance of the creative and the commercial
Drive passion and loyalty across both the team and the retailers
About You
Food background
R&D/New Product Development/Technologist/Project Manager experience
Knowledge of grocery
Comfortable working with retailers
Extremely resilient and organised
