Your Background & Skills: ✔ Degree/MSc/PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or a related field. ✔ 5-10 years of product leadership experience in complex instrumentation, precision technology, or high-tech equipment. ✔ Proven track record of bringing technical products to market successfully. ✔ Strong leadership and team management skills within a multi-disciplinary environment. ✔ Experience working in fast-paced, innovation-driven organisations.
