Oversee the delivery of Product Development projects - specifically launching new products either manufactured within the business or partnered with key suppliers.
Coordinate internal teams across multiple departments and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Own the relationships with 3rd party product suppliers where relevant.
Identify and mitigate risks to prevent delays or budget overruns.
Monitor progress, evaluate performance, and ensure quality standards are met.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates.
Utilise project management methodologies to clearly communicate objectives and responsibilities and help drive efficiency.Requirements
Proven experience in Project Management.
Experience in a Manufacturing environment
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Experience in launching new products and product development
