Product Engineer
£40,000 - £50,000 + Profit Share + One day WFH + 25 Days Holiday + Support with Training and Development.
Location: Luton (Commutable from: Milton Keynes, Hemel Hempstead, Stevenage, St Albans, Watford)
Are you a Product Engineer with an electrical or electronics background looking to take ownership of development projects and grow into a senior role?

This role would suit a hands-on engineer with experience in product development and a good understanding of electrical/electronic products, looking for career growth in a stable and supportive environment.
The Role:
End-to-End Product Development.
Global Collaboration - liaise with international manufacturing partners.
Progression & Training
The candidate:
Engineering Background - Degree or equivalent in engineering with an electrical or electronics focus.
Knowledge of electrical products and manufacturing processes.
Problem Solver & Collaborator - Able to work independently, communicate with overseas teams, and translate ideas into practical product solutions.
