An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Manager to join a forward-thinking fresh produce business based in Teynham, Kent. This role is perfect for someone passionate about delivering high-quality, ethically sourced fresh produce and ready to take ownership of product management across third-party facilities.
The Role:
As Product Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the company’s short and long-term growth strategy. You’ll manage a variety of products – with a key focus on Top Fruit – ensuring exceptional quality, strong supplier relationships, and seamless operations from sourcing through to customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee product quality, legality, and safety across third-party sites.

Collaborate closely with commercial, technical, and procurement teams.

Drive product utilisation strategies and reduce wastage.
*
Support continuous improvement processes and performance KPIs.
*
Provide cover for the Senior Product Manager when required.

Liaise with growers, packers, and suppliers to maintain top standards.
*
Support sustainability and ethical sourcing goals in every aspect of the role.
About You:
* Previous experience in product or quality management within fresh produce.
* Strong understanding of the UK food supply chain and third-party logistics.
* Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
* Organised, proactive, and passionate about sustainability and ethical sourcing.
* Able to work collaboratively across operations, technical, and commercial functions.
