Your key responsibilities will include: Participating in internal production meetings Managing and maintaining the order book Order entry and acknowledgement using a bespoke MRP system Procuring raw materials Conducting contract reviews and managing subcontracts Arranging production meetings and taking detailed notes Assisting the Production Team and maintaining reports Communicating effectively with customers and team members about updates and issues Managing correspondence through phone calls, emails, and postEssential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): GCSE A-C or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and organisational skills Capable of managing your workload independently and meeting deadlines Experience in a production or manufacturing environment Familiarity with MRP systems Previous experience in production administrative roles How to apply: If you are ready to make a positive impact in a vibrant production environment, we want to hear from you!
