The Role
As a Production Line Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the daily packing plan is executed efficiently, meeting customer specifications and company KPIs. You will also play a key role in maintaining safety standards, coaching operatives, and driving performance.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee packing operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy
Ensure correct packaging, labeling, and pallet organization
Monitor production KPIs and brief teams on progress
Maintain safety and quality standards within your area
Investigate and document incidents, ensuring corrective actions
Lead and coach a team of production operatives
What We're Looking For
1+ years of experience managing a team in a production facility
Experience with fresh produce packing and quality standards
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
Good written and spoken English
Understanding of ERP systems (SAP, Freshware, D365)
