Job Description
Assembly Operators, Renfrew, £12.21 per hour
We're looking for motivated individuals to join the Production Team at our global headquarters in Inchinnan. This is a full-time opportunity with training provided and the potential for a permanent contract.
What you'll be doing:
You'll be part of a skilled team assembling contact cleaning machines used in the electronics, automotive, medical, and packaging industries worldwide.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Building machines and sub-assemblies using parts, tools, and detailed work instructions
Reading build directions and diagrams to guide your work
Checking the quality of parts at each stage to make sure they meet standards
Working with your team to meet production targets and deadlines
Keeping your workspace tidy and following Lean and 5S practices
Supporting continuous improvement efforts by giving feedback and spotting areas to improve
Rotating across production cells to gain new skills
What you can expect:
A full-time temp to perm contract with a competitive pay rate of 12.21 per hour
Investment in training & development
Fixed 35-hour work week over 4 days, giving you long weekends:
Monday to Thursday OR Tuesday to Friday, 07:15-16:30
Free onsite parking
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or similar hands-on roles is helpful-but not essential
A solid work history and strong work ethic - reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
Someone who enjoys practical work and takes pride in doing a job well
Good attention to detail and a focus on quality
Willingness to follow instructions and take ownership of your work
