Job Description
Thrive Shepton are recruiting for Temp to Perm Production Operatives on behalf of our client in Wells, Somerset. To assist with production, filling and packaging of products to a high standard.
Job Responsibilities:
Operating machinery - filling machine and labelling machines
Filling, lidding, labelling & packing bottles and jars
Packing customer orders for dispatch
Ensuring a high quality standard is always met
Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices
Keeping the production area clean & tidy
Ensure job sheets and packing lists are complete at end of production run.
Follow all company policies and management systems
Ensure you follow all health and safety rules
Working on your own or as part of a team
Personal Attributes/ Skills:
Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to meet deadlines
Attention to detail
A positive and flexible can do attitude
Ability to work as part of a larger team or on own initiative (if required)
Punctual and adaptable
Highly Motivated
Good communication skills
Basic level of numeracy and literacy
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Time keeping
Reliable
Hours:
Monday to Thursday (Apply online only) & Friday (Apply online only) (flexibility required in busier periods)
Pay Rate:
£12.50 per hour
Once permanent/ fully trained pay will increase
This role could lead to a permanent contract for the right candidate
