Production Supervisor - Join a World-Leading Manufacturing Company in Witham
A leading name in the power industry is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage a team of up to 30 staff at their Witham site. As the engineering partner for today's innovation leaders, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth production operations.

Standard Working Hours: Monday-Thursday (7:30am - 4:35pm), Friday (7:30am - 1:10pm)

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure production runs smoothly while adhering to environmental, health, and safety standards.
Champion continuous improvements, optimizing labour, materials, and equipment to boost productivity.
Lead and motivate a team to meet delivery targets.
Supervise changeovers, setups, and production schedules.
Conduct quality checks and uphold high standards.
Assist in investigating customer complaints.
Maintain high levels of housekeeping and team performance.
Skills & Experience:
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a production or industrial environment is essential.
Lean Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
Proactive with the ability to think strategically and deliver results.
PC literate.
