Production Supervisor - Greater Manchester - c£32,000
Overview: Are you a strong leader with a passion for food manufacturing? Do you thrive in fast paced manufacturing environments? Are you keen to develop yourself and others? If you are then this role is perfect for you!
This role is 10pm – 6am shift Monday to Friday
The Candidate
* Strong leadership experience within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong ability to coach and develop direct reports.
* Experience working within FMCG/Manufacturing.
* Experience using MS Office and SAP.
The Role
* Leading, managing and developing the team.
* Ensure the efficient and effective running of the production lines.
* Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality.
* Ensure conformance with HSE legislation and company policy.
