Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in assisting and managing change on site and be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
* 3+ years proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing/production environment is essential.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced setting.
Salary: £38,500 + 10% bonus, Mon-Fri, 8am - 5pmBefore You Apply
