Job Description
Premier Work Support is currently recruiting for a Production Team Leader for our prestigious client based in the Crayford area.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
Ensure that the team follow defined manufacturing procedures and comply with quality requirements
Ensure full adherence to good housekeeping standards are always met
Ensure equipment is within calibration date and all systems are functioning correctly
Ensure that quality concerns are reported to the appropriate personal and that proper process controls are followed in the event of a quality issue raised.
Set clear team goals and KPIS
Carry out incident, accident and non conformity investigations and associated reporting and action closure.
Responsible for training of operators for products and processes within your team.
Monitor time and attendance and ensure compliance with Company procedures.Skills required for this role:
Support, Comply and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations, the Company Handbook, Quality and Environmental standards, and all other company policies and procedures
Confident, Round thinker

Actively committed to the team development
High levels or motivation, optimistic and action orientated Skills and Attributes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to plan analyse and challenge
Experience in leading a production team
Experience assisting and developing (multi skilled) people
Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
Knowledge of environmental ISO14001
Knowledge of Quality standard ISO9001
Understanding of production costs to include waste,downtime,scrap and reworkWhat our client offers:
