Programme Manager|Engagement Manager
Manchester | Hybrid | £80k - £100k + bonus
83zero are excited to be supporting a global consultancy who are looking to bring in Senior Programme/Engagement Manager to focus on Digital Customer Experience.
We're looking for an experienced Engagement Manager to lead complex digital transformation projects, with an extensive background cloud platforms like Salesforce. You'll manage large delivery teams, oversee budgets, and ensure successful outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead delivery of major digital projects across multiple platforms and teams.
Manage budgets (£1M-£8M) and commercial agreements.
Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to grow client accounts and add value.
Support and mentor team members.
Travel within the UK 2-3 days per week.
What You'll Need
Experience managing large-scale projects and diverse teams.
Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps.
Commercial acumen with experience in various contract types.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
Growth mindset and client-focused approach.
Desirable
Certifications in Agile, SAFe, or Salesforce.
Experience with hybrid working and flexible delivery models.
Additional Info
Role requires eligibility for Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance.
