This role is ideal for someone who thrives on leading bespoke residential projects from concept to completion and takes pride in offering a personal, thoughtful, and values-driven service. Working closely with clients and consultant teams, the successful candidate will shape both the architectural vision and the overall experience of each project.

Lead creative design for bespoke residential projects with strong architectural narratives
Manage all RIBA stages from initial brief to on-site completion
Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, providing clear and empathetic guidance
Coordinate consultants and contractors to ensure smooth, high-quality delivery
Champion design quality, sustainability, and attention to detail
Contribute to team development and design cultureIdeal Candidate
Fully qualified Architect with substantial years post-Part III experience, ideally in the high-end residential sector
Strong portfolio showcasing design talent, spatial awareness, and detailing skill
Experienced in delivering one-off homes and leading projects independently
Personable communicator with the ability to guide and inspire clients
Skilled in 3D CAD and confident in sketching design ideas
In-depth knowledge of UK planning policy, building regulations, and construction processes
Calm, collaborative, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience
