This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of specialist education by working on meaningful and fast-paced projects that directly impact the lives of children and young people. The successful candidate will be instrumental in bringing these impactful projects to fruition. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment and potentially have a background in property, construction, or estates management, we encourage you to apply. You will collaborate closely with the Head of Organic Growth and experienced Project Managers, contributing to a range of high-impact projects nationwide. What You’ll Be Doing: * Opportunity Identification: Assist in identifying and evaluating potential new school sites, including supporting viewings, managing contacts, and liaising with property agents. * Project Management Support: Create and maintain project timelines, assist with tendering and compliance documentation, and track project budgets and expenditure. * Administrative Coordination: Coordinate quotations, invoices, and purchase orders, and provide support in the development of robust business cases. * Communication Hub: Serve as a central point of communication between internal teams, external contractors, and various stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment and progress. * Market Insights: Contribute valuable insights on property trends, innovative project delivery methods, and opportunities for enhanced efficiency. * On-Site Involvement: Attend site visits, support due diligence processes, and contribute to ensuring new schools are built to exceptional standards and are future-ready. What We’re Looking For: * Demonstrable project coordination skills, ideally gained within property, estate agents, construction, or facilities-related projects. * Exceptional organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail. * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, teams (directly or indirectly), and deadlines accurately and confidently. * A confident and clear communicator who can build relationships effectively and drive projects forward with energy. * Comfortable and proficient in using project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaborative platforms. * A proactive, self-starting attitude with a genuine passion for contributing to meaningful work that positively impacts the futures of children and young people. Why Join This Organisation? * Be an integral part of a bold and ambitious growth journey within a purpose-driven organisation. * Enjoy a role offering variety, autonomy, and the chance to influence new projects from their inception. * Collaborate with passionate and forward-thinking professionals within a supportive team environment. * Benefit from career development opportunities within a rapidly expanding organisation that values innovation and initiative. This organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. All successful applicants will be subject to a DBS check (paid for by the organisation). They are an equal opportunities employer and encourage applications from all backgrounds
