🚧 What You’ll Be Doing:

Taking full command of major construction projects from pre-con to handover.

Leading large, multidisciplinary teams — and doing it with authority, vision, and zero fluff.

Managing high-spec, regulated builds to strict timelines and budgets.

Collaborating with client-side stakeholders who expect top-class professionalism.

Driving quality, safety, and delivery like a force of nature.

10+ years’ experience in senior project leadership roles.

A portfolio of large-scale Pharma / Healthcare / Life Science builds.

A deep understanding of GMP environments and the compliance-heavy world of regulated industries.
