A well-established Tier 2 Main Contractor, known for delivering high-quality residential and accommodation schemes across London, is seeking a Project Director to oversee two student accommodation projects in North West London.
The Opportunity:
This is a pivotal leadership role overseeing the delivery of two new-build student accommodation schemes, from pre-construction through to handover. You will be responsible for ensuring both projects are delivered to programme, budget, and quality expectations, while managing internal teams, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of two concurrent student accommodation projects, overseeing all aspects of delivery.
*
Work closely with the commercial and design teams to ensure coordinated and efficient project progression.
*
Lead and support the project management teams across both sites.
*
Manage programmes, logistics, procurement, and quality control.
*
Act as the key client liaison and lead regular project meetings.
*
Ensure high standards of health & safety and regulatory compliance are maintained at all times.
*
Drive performance, resolve issues proactively, and ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience as a Project Director or Senior Project Lead within a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Main Contractor environment.
*
A strong track record of delivering multiple high-value projects, ideally in the student accommodation or residential sectors.
*
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
*
Ability to manage and coordinate multiple live projects simultaneously.
*
Strong technical and commercial understanding.
*
Based in or near North West London.
