Job Description
Our established Client based in Dover is looking for a Project Manager – Civils and Structures
Salary – up to £60K pa

The Project Manager – Civils and Structures role will be to lead on a number of high complexity, high value projects.
This will include projects across the existing asset portfolio and the construction of new civils and/or structural schemes. You will have had recent experience within the disciplines of both civils and structures with knowledge and experience of utilising the applicable codes and standards.
The Project Manager – Civils and Structures will be accountable for:
* Leading on simultaneous projects from inception through to completion.
* Managing projects across integrated multidisciplinary teams.
* The development of scope, both technical and commercial in nature
Project Manager – Civils and Structures - Skills and Qualifications
* BSc/BEng (or higher) in a relevant engineering discipline essential, preferably chartered within a relevant and recognised institution
* Master’s degree in business, Engineering or Project management
* Project Management Professional Qualification from an industry recognised professional body (APM and/or PMI) – Desirable
* NEC ‘ECC Project Manager’ accreditation – Desirable
* Demonstratable experience fulfilling the role of the Project Manager under the NEC form of contracts
* Good experience with MS Office 365
* Extensive demonstrable recent experience delivering projects of a similar or higher level of complexity, risk and value
* A demonstrable understanding of CDM Regulations and Health & Safety Legislation
* Full UK driving licence and use of own vehicleBefore You Apply
