We are working with an innovative technology company that is developing integrated hardware and software products designed to enable smarter, faster, and more connected systems. As they move toward the commercial launch of their first product and continue expanding their engineering capabilities, we are helping them recruit a hands-on Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary development efforts.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and has experience managing hardware and software development in parallel. You will oversee complex, multi-phase projects involving hardware modules, embedded firmware, software tools, and supporting infrastructure, including evaluation platforms and product documentation.
Working closely with the engineering leads, you will drive execution across the full product lifecycle—from planning and prototyping to validation, release, and post-launch support. You will also contribute to the development of lightweight, scalable processes that support delivery without slowing down innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Project Ownership & Execution
Lead full-lifecycle development projects across hardware and software domains.
Build detailed, dependency-aware project plans that account for hardware fabrication cycles, prototyping, testing, and software development timelines.
Track and manage milestones, risks, and blockers across cross-functional teams.
Ensure all product elements — hardware, embedded software, tooling, and documentation — are aligned and ready at each release gate.
Coordinate with engineers across hardware design, embedded firmware, software tools, and testing.
Run weekly project reviews, identify critical issues early, and drive resolution.
Align engineering output with broader business priorities and customer timelines.
Provide clear, concise updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with product and business leads to ensure projects deliver real value to users.
Help implement practical project management tools
Bring structure to technical work while maintaining team agility.What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in project or program management within hardware and/or embedded systems development environments.
Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, from concept through to release.
Experience managing projects that integrate hardware and software components.
Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Technical background (e.g., electronics, embedded systems, software engineering) is a strong advantage
