Project Manager – Residential / Mixed-Use Construction
Location: Wicklow
Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end project management from enabling works through to handover
• Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Programme planning, tracking progress, and ensuring project milestones are met
• Manage budgets, procurement, and cost control
• Ensure quality standards and compliance with building regulations
• Oversee on-site HSE in conjunction with safety team
• Lead site teams and promote a culture of accountability and excellence
What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager or Site Manager role
• Proven track record delivering residential developments, housing schemes, or apartment projects
• Background with Main Contractors, Developers, or Residential Builders
• Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
• Knowledge of Irish building regulations, BCAR, and H&S legislation
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
