Location: Southern England (Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex)
Salary: £60,000K – £75,000 + Benefits
Employment Type: Permanent | Hybrid/Site-Based
About the Company
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of water & wastewater infrastructure projects. This is a civils-heavy role, incorporating mechanical and electrical elements. The successful candidate will oversee design & build projects, managing site teams, subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered to high standards
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline adherence.
* Lead multidisciplinary teams, including civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers.
* Oversee subcontractors and supply chain partners.
* Ensure compliance with industry regulations and health & safety standards.
* Work closely with the in-house design team to optimize project outcomes.
* Report project progress and financials to senior leadership.
Project Manager Experience:
* Experience in the water/utilities sector is essential
* Experience with Clean or waste water
* However, we will also consider backgrounds in Civil Engineering & Groundworks
* Essential to have a Civil Engineering qualifications or Mechanical and Electrical engineering
* Essential to come from a Tier 2 subcontractor who have experience in self-delivery
* Strong Leadership & Communication: Ability to manage site teams, liaise with clients, and drive projects forward.
Salary & Benefits Package
* Competitive Salary: £60,000 – £75,000
* Company Car or Car Allowance
* Working hours: 8am - 6pm
* Accommodation: Provided for traveling roles (covered as business expenses)
* Location: Southern England (Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex)
* Work Environment: Site-based with hybrid flexibility
* 27 days Holiday
