Location: Leicestershire
Shift: Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
Salary: £45k - £50k
Job Role Responsibilities:
My client is seeking an experienced and commercially-minded Project Manager to take the lead on high-profile projects for a luxury client. The role involves managing projects from concept to completion developing a team within a business unit that delivers across the UK and Europe. This is a leadership position with scope for departmental growth and strategic contribution.
Manage multiple concurrent projects and maintain ownership of client relationships.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and resolving issues.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments and senior leadership to support project execution.
Plan, forecast, quote, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Lead projects from initial client briefing to on-site installation.
Work alongside internal production teams and external partners to bring concepts to life.
Travel to project sites in the UK and internationally as required.
Ensure accuracy and attention to detail across all phases of assigned projects.
Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.
Independently estimate project costs and resources.
Contribute to the strategic direction and ongoing success of the business
The Candidate:
Strong experience in retail display project management
Solid commercial acumen with a strong understanding of project profitability and client value.
In-depth knowledge of materials and production processes used in high-end displays.
Proven leadership and people management abilities.
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships at a high level.
Experience in manufacturing environments is highly desirable.
